Additional information

Please consider that some of the hotels located in Kraków Old Town are in traffic restricted area and no direct pickup is available! When the transfer is made by a large bus -Mercedes Sprinter- it is unable to enter some streets. In that case we provide a pickup from closest possible pickup point.

Due to large siege in Salt Mine during several occupied months, Salt Mine reserves the right to change the visiting time, therefore the pickup time is approximate and may change.

The pickup for the tour starts above to choosen start time option. ⚠️ You will be picked up from your selected location between 8:00 am to 2:00 pm depending on Salt Mine availability to start the tour. Select your most favorable timeslot and we will try to fit you in, but it is not a guarantee. We will inform you the final pickup time at least 12 hours prior to pickup time so you can make plan to arrive at pickup location.
